Inria, the French National Institute for computer science and applied mathematics, promotes scientific excellence for technology transfer and society. The Inria MOKAPLAN project team’s main focus is to develop and apply numerical methods in the field of optimal transportation. MOKAPLAN is a joint team with CNRS and CEREMADE at Universite Paris Dauphine. The team is composed of 6 permanent researchers who are specialists of non-linear PDEs and variational problems, non-linear optimization and numerical methods. The team is a world leader in Numerical Optimal Transportation from the point of view of applied mathematics.
