MathConsult (founded in 1996) develops mathematics-based solutions for the producing industries (iron and steel, automotive, medical imaging, to name a few) and – under the brand name UnRisk – for financial industries. Employees of MathConsult have degrees in applied mathematics, physics or computer science, half of them on a Ph.D. level.
